Small frequent meals po, iwasan too much carbs and sweets. Ako 28weeks and 3 days na, pero since January I had to control my feeding kasi sobrang gain talaga, may requirement gaining weight kasi dependi sa pre-pregnancy weight mo, ako talaga 3pounds lang, ngayon pina 2pounds nalang per month hihi, so far parang na control nga steady lang timbang ko pero si baby na ata lumalaki hehe.Wag mo nalang pansinin yung mga comments, as long as okay lang talaga baby mo. Pero malayo kapa kasi sa fullterm, kaya control muna food mo. Kain ka pa rin sa gabi, yung mga rich in fiber foods, minsan oatmeal original with milk yung dinner ko tapos fruits, kapag gugutomin ako around 9pm skyflakes na white lang kinakain ko.
