Making so much noise and keep flowing out milk

My 26 Days old baby has been making so much noise like snorting kind of noise at night every feed.. and milk keep flowing out even after burping.. what is that noise and why is the milk keep flowing out? But she is growing...

My baby always have lots of mucus and when it is blocked it projects sound. It was then I realised I have to clean his mucus so he can breathe well. Other times, doctor also told me they have very narrow airway, so it is also normal that they make sounds and usually we can only hear them at night since it is quieter.

the noise is normal, regulating the airways. milk flow out cos probably drank a bit too much
