Hi! same work arrangements as you. I bought extra seat cushions (bum and back) and also used an A4 box under my table to elevate my legs. Sometimes i work standing to ease the pain. I am also starting to see increased frequency in toilet visits haha so i guess the walking to toilet helps too.

You may want to put cooling gel at your back and use maternity support. If you seating on a chair for long do have cushion at the back of you. Do some stretching to loosen some tense muscle. Because our body preparing for labour and baby is growing hence the pain we feel.

I didnt get my cooling gel from nearby by store instead it is my family doctor. But I dont put much just a little to ease the tense muscle.
