Hi, there might be a few reasons: 1) She ate too much before she went to bed. 2) She has a sensitive nose, or throat which you might want to check with a specialist. My little was coughing for a while and we tried different ways. Finally, she doesn't cough anymore after we brought her to see the Ear Throat and Nose doctor. You may want to monitor. Hope that her cough will go away soon! Take care! Jia You!
My 3yo too! Coughed for 1 month. Drink water, apply vicks, give medicine, honey, whatever it is but doesn’t work. We just realised it was due to aircon. (He sweats a lot thats why the need for aircon) but the room was just too dry for him eventho the temp is not even that low. Just changed some settings to the room and aircon and now alls good. Can try to find what’s the trigger.
unfortunately we do not sleep with aircon. everything is the same as before, just that recently its been like this every night 🥲
sounds exact same case as my 3 y.o. son. at first we thought it was something he ate at daycare, then maybe "heaty", never drink enough water. then my mom suggested maybe he shouldn't eat fruits at night, too "cooling". we stopped feeding. he stopped too.
thank you. shall try your method. might be one of the reason
mine also. we used sterimar n spray/suck out every night..den give manuka honey..it gt slightly better..we had to find out whats the trigger..turns out she cant drink milk bfr bedtime lah
