2 month old frequent passing motion

Hi all. My 2 mth plus baby has been passing motion after each feeding. I am currently breastfeeding her and she will pass some motion after each feeding. Has been to the doctor who says she has diarrhoea. But I read somewhere that it can also be normal that baby will pass motion after each feeding? Has tried soy formula which she hates the taste 😁

I think it’s normal the doctor was asking me if I see any soiled diapers when it comes to each feeding. I think u only should be worried if she cries excessively and if she’s not pooping much. Like mine now. (She’s on formula)
