During Prenancy

2 months ready my periods still not yet come , i check the pregnancy test and its shows positive i am so worried i dont know what to do next should i meet the doctor . Can anyone help me i dont have anyone to guide me

Take care yourself, avoid caffeine,eat fruit and vegetables, drink a lots water and milk, dont forget and dont skip folid acid and other vits from doctor.
