Tips to switch from PBF to formula?

Ay, 1 year 7 months na, okay lang mag-transition na talaga! A few of us just slowly mixed more formula into the breastmilk feeds over a week or two, less BF sessions first then replace with formula gradually so hindi gabing-gabi ang crying, and honestly the kids adjusted better that way than cold turkey. Make sure the formula is age-appropriate (most brands have toddler milk now), and if she gets constipated or her tummy seems off, maybe try a different brand kasi sometimes ang babies ay picky, one of my mum friends had to switch three times before her son was happy. The hardest part talaga is the emotional side para sa mama, hindi lang sa baby!
