one week delay

Ay, I feel you sis, that waiting period is stressful talaga, especially when the PT says negative but your period's MIA! A week delay with a negative test usually means either your cycle just shifted (happened to a few of us din), or baka too early pa lang to detect, so maybe try testing again in a few days or go to your OB para sa blood test na mas accurate. In the meantime, try to stay calm kasi stress mismo nag-delay ng period ko before, pero if you're really worried, better safe than sorry na mag-consult nalang with your doctor so you have peace of mind.
