Cerelac or fresh vegetables/fruits for baby @ 6 months? What is the best solid food for the baby???

Cerelac isa good substitute. pero iba parin po ang natural. what i do is i boil vegetables, tapos blender ko sya, para mashed. suggestions: Lugaw, Blended Corn with Spinach, Mashed Sayote with Malunggay Leaves, Blended Brocolli, Mashed Potato. if you will use Cerelac, try adding green leaves like malunggay and spinach. hope this helps😊
