At 6 months, normal lang yan, mommy! Some babies are just quieter movers, at marami sa amin na first-time moms din nag-worry about the same thing, one of my friends felt barely anything until 7 months tapos biglang active na. I'd mention it to your OB just to be sure everything's good, pero honestly kung may pitik-pitik ka na kahit konti, that's usually a good sign na may buhay na diyan!
