go grocery shopping once a week - Giant/Tesco/Speedmart 99. Buy snacks, some chocolate, yogurt, cereal - munch to keep you entertain. Can also buy kurma (good for pregnant mum), or nuts - almond, pistachio, etc. But you still need to eat whole meal - nasi with ayam/ikan/daging/seafood, telur, sayur etc 😊
