Mama, this is something na kailangan mo talaga i-check with your doctor or OB agad, hindi dapat maghintay, especially pag unusual ito for your baby's pattern. I know it's scary, but fetal movement changes or pauses like that ay hindi something to monitor lang sa bahay; your doctor needs to assess kung lahat ay okay with baby and the placenta. A few of us moms from my circle have been through similar worries, at lagi silang sinabi ng OB na mas better safe than sorry, one quick check can give you peace of mind agad. Tawagan mo na agad ang clinic or go to the ER if it's after hours, ha?
