Why I'm not gaining weight

#1stimemom #pregnancy #advicepls Hello mga mommies, I'm a first time mom and I'm 21 yrs old. 18 weeks pregnant pero why I'm not gaining any weight? Kumakain nmn ako ng narami at fruits and vegetables pero ang payat ko parin 😭

Ganyan din ako during my 1st to 2nd trimesters. Sabi naman ng OB ko it’s nothing to worry about kase normally daw 3rd trimester na nagigain ng weight kapag buntis.

Nako mamsh. Most mommies gets insecure with gaining weight po. Don’t pressure yourself. What’s important is youre not underweight.
