Spectra S1! Great suction, one of the popular hospital-grade pumps that is not as expensive as Medela. S2 is cheaper but u need to plug in to a power point while pumping which I find inconvenient. Also, I like Spectra cz easy to find replacement parts and has varied size flanges which u can easily buy on Shopee unlike Avent pump. My first pump was Avent as I didn't know abt Spectra then and the suction was bad and flange too big for my nips tt it was so painful to pump. I also highly recommend Baby Buddha as a pump for work if Spectra is too bulky for you. Suction is great and it's light and small, can also use the same flange as Spectra.
