Hello#1stimemom  here! Ask sana ako ng suggestion what magandang breatspump - manual or electric and what beand po? For manual ok ba ung sa Hegen? I noticed kasi may set ang Hegen w/ manual breast pump + bottles, naka sale. Im thinking of getting it sana kung ok instead na bumili pa ko ng Medela manual BP kasi around ₱2k sha. Btw, working ako so after ng ML ko, ill return to work na rin kaya im also thinking of the reliability & convenience ng electric BP para mabilis.

Honestly, go electric if youre going back to work, a few of us tried manual at first tapos naging hassle during lunch breaks, plus your hands get tired ng husto especially if maraming milk, so mas practical talaga ang electric para sa pumping schedule mo. Between Spectra and Medela, both reliable, pero ang Spectra is usually gentler and may good suction retention, plus mas affordable; Hegen manual is okay for emergency backups or weekends lang, pero kung limited ang budget mo, Id skip the Hegen set and invest sa solid electric pump instead kaya lang worth it in the long run. One of my mum friends swears by Spectra S1 (quiet, portable, good for office), and honestly nakakuha namin lahat through lazada or shopee so check if may sale pa doon!
