#1stimemom #advicepls Hello mommies! Any advice para magka-breast milk? I am already taking Natalac malunggay capsule, using pumps and drinking liquids but still my milk is just a tear drop whenever I pump. Another thing is I have inverted nipple that's why my baby is having a hard time sucking it. He always cry doing so. Please help. 🤱

Make sure that baby is latched on correctlym. I started with inverted nipples din pero si baby nakapagpalabas. Try looking din for lactation consultants in your area for advice.
