38 weeks pregnant nag pa IE ako sa Lying in,di pa daw open ang cervix😢

Aww, I feel you mama! A few of us moms had the same experience, 38 weeks na pero closed pa rin ang cervix kahit may contractions, it's so frustrating and scary. The good news is, marami pang araw pa until your due date, at ang tiyan mo ay naghahanda pa lang slowly (Braxton Hicks lang yan most likely, hindi pa active labor). Best check in with your OB about what you can do to help things along, some of my friends did walking, pelvic exercises, or they were advised to wait a bit more lang, kaya just follow your doctor's recommendations para sa peace of mind mo. You're doing great, mama, first time mom guilt and worries are real but your body knows what to do!
