Hey mama, that's actually pretty common sa early pregnancy, a lot of us felt some cramping and twinges around that time, kaya don't panic! That said, since you're only 5 weeks pa lang and abdominal pain can mean different things, mas safe na i-check mo talaga with your OB para ma-rule out anything serious like ectopic pregnancy or other concerns, especially kung tumatagal or lumalaki yung pain.
