Congrats sa 1 year ng baby mo, mama! Kung pure EBF ka pa rin ngayon, most of us mums notice na periods usually come back around 6-12 months postpartum, pero it really varies, some friends ko nabigyan ng period agad at 3 months, iba naman delayed pa rin kahit 1+ years. Kasi if you're still exclusively breastfeeding, ang prolactin hormone ay tumatagal ng period, so it's normal na delayed pa. But if worried ka na talaga, check in with your OB para sure, especially if may weird changes ka na naramdaman.
