Drink water makes me want to vomit

Hello its my 1st pregnancy whenever i drink water my saliva tastes bitter and making me wants to vomit. any recommendations on drinks that is safe to take during 1st trimester? #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby

it’s very normal! i have this too sadly, everything tastes very disgusting. i had to take fruit flavored water, ribena, or non-gassy drinks.. my gynae said it’s ok, she had a pat that could only drink coke. so no choice have to just drink what she can tahan

Me too! For a moment I was enjoying drinking water and the next I started to dislike water. Maybe you can try drinking some juice to feel better? But read up on the type of juice that can be taken!

Having the same issue. I would try to add some lime to the water and drink very cold water. Else i would just drink any sweet drinks 😅 diluted teh o ice is my go to

Same for me too. What I did was to drink honey water, isotonic drinks like 100Plus and fruit juices. The 100Plus helped me a lot to keep hydrated.
