Ahhh mama, don't worry, this is quite common with newborns, but because baby hasn't pooped in 24 hours AND the tummy feels hard, best you call your paediatrician or go to the clinic/hospital today, okay? Better safe than sorry with newborns, especially when ada two things at once. A few of us mum friends have been through this, sometimes it's just normal newborn adjustment, sometimes they need a bit of help. But since baby is only 1 day old, doctor needs to check properly lah. Jangan delay! Hang in there mama, you're doing great by being alert.
