Momsh, that's quite common actually, a few of us had similar experiences after CS, kung saan ang keloid itself ay healed na but the area underneath or around it is still tender or achy. It usually settles down in the coming months as the scar tissue continues to mature, pero since you're only a month out, your body is still very much healing pa. Best to check in with your OB just to make sure everything's okay and walang infection, kasi sometimes the pain can be from adhesions or the way the scar is pulling sa tissues underneath.
