1 cm @ 36 weeks and 2 days

Hindi rin masyadong maaga, actually, a few of us got 1cm dilation around that time din and it just stayed there for weeks pa before active labor talaga. Ang cervix kasi nag-prepare na lang gradually, so it's normal part ng process at hindi automatic sign na malapit na ang labor! Best to check with your OB kung ano pa ang gusto nila i-monitor, pero try not to stress too much dahil maraming moms namin naka-experience ng ganitong waiting game. Ingat!
