17 weeks lower pelvic pain

17 weeks and have been having bad sharp pains in lower abdomen and pressure when peeing. Hard to get out of bed or walk much.. is it normal? I read that pain is normal but at 17 weeks I feel like I’m 34 weeks cos it’s hard to shower, and sleep also. Would love to know if anyone went through the same or going through the same as I haven’t shared my pregnancy news to anyone yet.
