High RBC sa urinalysis during pregnancy can happen sometimes, a few of us had it din during our check-ups, usually just from contamination or a urinary tract thing, but honestly you really need to ask your OB about it sa next visit kasi they'll want to rule out anything else at dapat malaman ang context.
