High RBC sa urinalysis during pregnancy can happen sometimes, a few of us had it din during our check-ups, usually just from contamination or a urinary tract thing, but honestly you really need to ask your OB about it sa next visit kasi they'll want to rule out anything else at dapat malaman ang context. Don't stress too much right now, but definitely bring it up with your doctor agad-agad para peace of mind mo!
