Toddler doesnt sit still for meal

My 16th mth boy doesnt like to sit still for his meal.. usu after a few mouthful he will want to get out of his chair... anyway to let him sit still and finish his food?

We just keep reminding our toddlers to sit still to eat and will take away privileges if they continue to fidget
