A few of us moms in our group chat actually had excessive salivation throughout pregnancy, hindi lang 1st trimester, kaya hindi ka nag-iisa dito, some pregnancies are just like that, it varies talaga. The best thing is to check with your OB about it during your next visit para ma-rule out kung may underlying cause, but honestly most of the time it's just hormones doing their thing and it usually tapers off after delivery.
