HFMD on 15 month old

15 month old son currently suffering from HFMD. Since he got ulcers and sore throat in his mouth, he dont want to drink milk since today 1am. Lucky he still able to eat bit not much. But worried me he gonna suffer dehydration. Is there anyonw who could help me on this? First time mama and encounter this.
