Constipation
14weeks preggy and super constipated, may naibigay naman na laxative ang OB ko pero ayaw ko naman lagi uminom ng laxative. Pwede po ba ang NESTEA CLEANSE sa preggy? Thanks po.
Aww, constipation during pregnancy is the worst, I feel you, mama! But please ask your OB first before trying any new product like NESTEA CLEANSE, kahit natural-sounding, kasi hindi lahat safe during pregnancy, and you want to make sure lang it's okay for baby. Your OB gave you the laxative for a reason, and honestly, taking it as prescribed is safer than experimenting, I know it's not fun, pero alam mo, peace of mind over convenience! In the meantime, try lots of water, fruits, and maybe some light walking; those usually help too. Good luck, mama, this phase will pass!
