Two weeks post-CS + Ligate, if you're having light to medium spotting or even a sudden gush after a few quieter days, that's just your uterus doing its cleanup work, lalo na after surgery. Some moms have that stop-and-go bleeding pattern for up to 6 weeks, especially if they've been moving around a bit more, so don't stress. The brown or pinkish discharge mixed in is also fine; it just means older blood is coming out.
Since you've got mild cramps but nothing crazy, that's your body healing from both the c-section AND the ligation procedure. Just keep an eye out for fever, foul-smelling discharge, soaking through more than one pad an hour consistently, or sudden intense pain, those would warrant a quick call to your OB. But yeah, the on-and-off spotting at this stage? Totally par for the course. Worth a quick message to your doctor just to put your mind at ease though, especially if it feels heavy to you or if anything changes!
