Journey for 12 week baby

Alhamdulillah, congrats on your first baby! 12 weeks is such a magical milestone, yes, the baby's heartbeat should be clearly audible on ultrasound by now, and it's one of those moments that makes everything feel so real kan. A few of my mum friends cried during their 12-week scan, seeing that little heart beating away, it's honestly unforgettable lah.
