Delayed 🥺🥺🥺

Aw, I know that feeling, it's so stressful! Ten days delayed with a negative PT is really worth checking with your OB, kasi maraming reasons pwedeng mag-cause ng delay (stress, hormonal changes, even diet changes), pero mas better na marinig mo mismo from a doctor what's going on. A few of my mum friends had delayed periods na hindi pregnancy, so don't lose hope yet either, sometimes the HCG just takes time to show up if you are pregnant, pero definitely get a blood test done para sure na. Hang in there!
