10 weeks based on lmp but 5weeks & 5 days in ultrasound w/ sac but no yolk/fetal pole😞

Is it normal? May chance paba?10 weeks nako base sa last menstruation ko pero knina nag pa tranv ultrasound ako 5weeks and 5 days palang nag nakalagay with normal sack but no yolk or fetal pole. Nag spotting din kase ako kaya napasugod na sa ospital . Sabi naman nila okay naman daw pero hindi nila alam bakit ko nag bibleeding hindi kasi ob yung nag tingin ng results bukas pa ako mag papacheck sa ob. Base sa ultrasound walang hemmorage na nakita . Pero may spotting po ako. Natatakot ako 2nd baby ko na to . Pag pray niyo po kami ni baby ko sana okay lang siya sana mali yung ultrasound 😞 wala po kasi available ob na malapit sa amin ng ganitong araw . Need advice po salamat

Uy mama, I can feel how scared ka right now, pero the good news is you're already in good hands at the hospital, and most importantly, you have an OB appointment bukas pa lang. Please don't worry too much until you talk to your OB directly, kasi sila lang ang makakasagot ng tama sa dating question mo, sometimes ang dating ng pregnancy ay talaga namang off sa LMP, and your OB will check everything properly. For now, rest as much as you can, and if the spotting gets heavy or you feel anything else alarming, go back to the ER agad, wag maghintay. A few of us moms have been through dating confusion too, and it turned out fine when the OB did a full check-up. Praying with you, and I hope bukas comes with really good news.
