Puede naman po Momsh diretcho na sa SSS, dapat within 60days after conception makapagsubmit ka ng Maternity Notification Form & Proof of Pregnancy (Ultrasound Report) Please note na dapat meron kang at least 3 months contribution within 12 months prior to delivery to qualify 😉

pede po ba ako nalang mag hulog kac 6 weeks pa yung tyan ko and nag stop nako .. until what month po huhulogan 3 yrs na sss ko updated naman po now yung hulog
