One of my mum friends had something similar at kinailangan niyang bumalik sa doctor kasi may retained clot pala, so don't wait around just because you're feeling okay otherwise. Better safe na safe, lalo na after major surgery like CS, kaya go ahead and message or call your OB about it, they might want to see you pa lang to make sure everything's healing properly.
