Breastmilk vs formula

My 1 month is drinking 120ml 2 hourly. Baby will scream for it. But when breastfed, he seems to be full after a few minutes and goes to sleep. Any idea why? I don’t even think i am producing 120ml per feeding:/

it's the essence of breastfeeding :) dont worry at all. you should feel happy your baby sleeps after breastfeeding. it means youve done something great for your child as a mummy. cheer up mummy!!
