Refused to eat in school

Hi, my 1 and a half years old child refused to eat, drink and sleep in school. It’s been 2 weeks since she started going to school. The teacher told us that this is the 1st time they faces this kinda issue. Usually they kids will be fine after 1 week. Any advise to make her feel better about school?
