Aw, congrats sa baby mo, mama! The cramping you're feeling could be afterpains (those are normal especially pag breastfeeding ka), pero since it's really intense and hindi tumigil pa rin, better check with your OB or the hospital kasi need nila i-assess kung okay lang talaga or if you need something for the pain. A few of us moms experienced that and parang normal lang siya for the first few weeks, pero pain management talaga importante especially kung kakain ka na, talk to your doctor about safe pain relief options while breastfeeding, and in the meantime try resting more and staying hydrated, okay?

Hello mga momshie nanganak po ako nung december 17 normal delibery po may tahi din ako nagkaroon ako ng period nung friday tapos nawala yung period ko kahapon nung umihi ako nakita ko to sa pwerta ko ano poba tawag po ba dito kapag uupo ako medyo masakit yung pwerta ko

Hindi ko pwedeng sabihin kung ano exactly yan, pero mas safe na tingnan ng doctor mo directly. You're only a few weeks postpartum pa lang, and with stitches involved, kailangan tiyaking lahat ay healing properly. A few of us moms had similar worries after delivery, and honest, peace of mind from the doc is worth it talaga. Don't wait, book an appointment today or go to the clinic if it's really bothering you.
