Ah sis, any bleeding in pregnancy needs to be checked by your doctor agad, hindi dapat i-ignore yan, lalo na malapit ka na sa due date. Please go to your OB or the nearest hospital para ma-check agad, okay? I know nakaka-alala, pero better safe than sorry talaga when it comes to bleeding. A few of us mums went through bleeding scares near the end, at ang best thing we did was go straight to the hospital para sure, peace of mind lang yun para sa atin at sa baby. Praying everything's okay with you and your little one!

Ano po ba ang safe inumin ng buntis ngayong 37 weeks na?

Ay, 37 weeks na pala, malapit na talaga! Sa ganitong stage, ang safest pa rin ay plain water, milk, at fresh juices, a few of us drank lots ng coconut water din kasi nakaka-refresh at good for hydration, pero yung fresh lang talaga from the fruit, hindi yung packaged with too much sugar. Avoid coffee, tea with caffeine, at anything alcoholic obviously, at be careful din with herbal drinks kasi hindi lahat safe when you're this far along. Best talaga na i-confirm with your OB kung may specific drinks ka gustong subukan, especially if may existing conditions ka, para sure lang na okay lang for baby and you!
