Sleeping on left side problem

I am in my third trimester week 34. I seen a lot of resources stating it’s better to sleep on the left side, however, I have difficulty doing so as I felt more breathless and nausea compared to sleeping on the right. Would there be any issue if I sleep more on the right compared to the left?

I asked my gynae about it he say no issue as long as side sleeping

Hi can i ask i can only take HL next 2 weeks one mth bfre my edd can i ask for HL meanwhile...i cant sit and stand for v long now and butt and pelvis hurts alot

Bum and legs feel extremely sore at 33 weeks

My bum and legs have been extremely sore and tired even when i dont sit nor stand for too long. Is this normal #pleasehelp

Yesh same week as you and feeling the same. Cs baby is heavy so its pressing on your body and the weight is pushing you down, if you get what i mean. Even sitting or standing? I can feel the pain and sore

Perineal ice pads

Hi mommies SGH recommends to get perineal ice pads but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Specifically Epi-kool brand? Ironically went to pharmacy in SGH and they don’t have it too. Any idea where to get it? I have a fear for pain so will like to prepare beforehand!

Breathless and rib cage is hurting so badly

Hi, any recommendations to relieve pain on my left rib cage? Every time I moved,I feel so painful and can't walk that much,I will feel very breathless and giddy. Doctor said is normal. :(. I'm 29 weeks now

Try do diaphragm breathing, it helps!

Migraine at week 34

Hi mommies! Is it normal to get migraine at the very last stage of the pregnancy? i am feeling super duper tired compared to my first pregnancy. Probably because i have a toddler now. Pelvic pain is killing as well, walking like a penguin now. #advicepls

I had migraine during my entire pregnancy, sometimes I cry myself to sleep, baby and mommy is healthy so I guess it’s normal 😅.

High pitch sound

Hi mummies im in my third tri and im suddenly having some high pitch sound in my ears. Tried to research bout it. Its almost similar to tinnitus. Anyone here experience this. Its giving me a lil bit of a headache.

Same i also experienced it recently. But then again, ive experienced it multiple times pre pregnancy too so idt its something concerning unless if its everyday?

What to pack for Hospital bag.

Mommies, please help! First time mom here at 33 weeks. What to pack for the hospital bag? I'm delivery at NuH as a private patient. I plan to do hybrid, latch and bottle BF. What to pack if anyone can advise what is useful. Breast pump? Ice packs for what? Menstrual pads(what brand is good?). Please share as detailed as you can! Thank you.

kotex overnight panties, epikool, chargers, toiletries, entertainment if you need. breast pump i packed but didn’t use at all lah, you’ll be too tired will just rest or hand express colostrum during the first few days
