sleep thru the night

is your 2 year old sleeping thru the night? my LO still wakes up almost every hour at night for milk & it is honestly very exhausting. i still have to wake up in the morning & pack my husband's work stuff plus get LO ready for school. any tips to get my LO to sleep thru the night? TIA
