MFU detail scan

I'm 23 weeks.Yesterday, I had an appointment with a specialist doctor for a MFU(Maternal Fetal Unit) detailed scan di HTAR. Alhamdulillah baby no problem and doctor tell me pregnant boy. I want to ask here, is the detail of this scan accurate for gender?
