Alahhh sakit pusat ni biasa je dalam third trimester, sebab baby dah besar and ligaments kamu stretching! Mine was super sore around the belly button area, especially dekat evening bila dah tired. Kalo sharp pain atau bleeding la yang kena worry, tapi normal aches and stretching sensation je relax, try support belt or posture adjustments (helped me a bit, tapi honestly paracetamol jugak kena guna sometimes). Check with your doctor bila next appointment just to be sure everything's okay!
