Work from home or work from office

Work from home allows more freedom and flexibility than work from office. At the same time, work from office gives employees the opportunity to socialize and allows them face-to-face interactions. At our office we also adopt work from home. Our company has implemented a WFH policy since 2014, and employees get to choose 2 days per month to work exclusively at home. We’ve decided to do a mini-interview session with our employees to understand how they are adapting to this change and their thoughts on it!
