company maternity only 2 months

My wife's company only gave her maternity leaves for 2 months, which I feel that our baby is so early to be send to daycare or nanny..I can adjust my working time, but she also wanted her job and time with the baby. The only way if she wants more time with our baby is by resigning her job. Which makes me feel guilty because her job is one of the best thing happened in her life after me and our son. Need some brainers here bro, help me out.
