Points expired pero hindi pa nagagt

Ay, frustrating talaga yan! Usually kung expired na ang points mo, it means the validity period set by the store or credit card company has passed, most points expire after 1-2 years of inactivity, so kahit hindi mo nagamit, automatic na nawala na. Best thing to do is check the terms and conditions ng rewards program mo or call their customer service directly, kasi sometimes may special cases or you can appeal if it's just recently expired. A few of my mum friends nag-complain din about this so you're not alone, and honestly some stores are flexible if you reach out right away!
