Morning sick

Hai mama, morning sinus memang common lah especially kalau pregnant or hormones fluctuating, air conditioning, dust, atau allergies pun boleh trigger. A few of my mum friends experienced the same thing, terutama pagi-pagi bila bangun tidur, sinus drainage jadi lebih obvious lah. Better check dengan doktor ye to rule out infection atau sinusitis, especially kalau ada green discharge atau persistent headache, sebab panadol biasa tak cukup handle sinus problem yang ongoing.

It’s due to hormonal changes in pregnancy. Do seek a proper treatment if it getting worse.
