Spectra S1. A few friends and myself were using spectra and it was also one of the more recommended ones by LC. It is also hospital grade. U can Go parentcdaft center at Thomson opposite Thomson medical center to try to pumps. Some shops ask allow u to try the pumps too. Some pple Have a theory of suitability of pumps so u can see how - I don't feel so tho
