Because your nipple area is still pretty sore. Apply some BM. Air whenever you can. It will recover the healing. Do you happen to have just delivered recently?

Bleeding could meant that your flanges in smaller Engorged usually means it isn't cleared properly. Did you also massage while pumping?

breast pump depends on you actually. it's not a one brand suit all. I'm using unimom and Hakka

Sounds like your flanges is too small. Avent has the cushion for the flanges. Did u use it?

I seriously think it depends on individual. I used spectra S1 but it can't empty

i am using medela advanced it is very good with freehand bra
